Warm Weather Shipping Notice:

Nuvelah chocolate products are designed to melt and be re-melted for normal use. During warm weather months, especially from April through November, chocolate may soften or melt while in transit.

If melting occurs, it does not affect the quality, flavor, or usability of the product. The chocolate can be re-melted and used normally by following the melting instructions on the package.

Warm temperatures may sometimes affect the appearance of the chocolate, including blooming or discoloration. This is cosmetic only and does not change the taste or quality.

Because chocolate and other temperature-sensitive products may melt during shipping, purchases made during warmer months are at the customer’s discretion. Nuvelah does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to melting caused by weather or transit conditions.
