Nuvelah Creator Program — Official Terms & Conditions

At Nuvelah, we support creative individuals who share their passion for desserts, recipes, and premium ingredients. Our Creator Program rewards original content that genuinely promotes Nuvelah and introduces our products to new audiences.

Important: Simply showing a Nuvelah product in a video does not automatically qualify the content for rewards, regardless of the number of views received.

1. Nuvelah Must Be the Main Focus

To qualify for Creator Program rewards, content must clearly and meaningfully promote Nuvelah.

Nuvelah must be a central focus of the video, Reel, TikTok, or other submitted content.
Content should highlight Nuvelah products, demonstrate their use, review their quality, or introduce the brand.
Briefly showing Nuvelah products, packaging, or logos without meaningful promotion does not qualify.
Content focused primarily on another brand, business, or unrelated subject is not eligible.

2. Brand Identification & Collaboration Disclosure

Eligible content must clearly identify Nuvelah.

Creators must:

Tag the official @Nuvelah account wherever supported.
Clearly display or mention Nuvelah in the content.
Include a meaningful reference to Nuvelah in the caption or description.
Clearly disclose any material relationship, including potential rewards, free products, store credits, or cash incentives, as required by applicable advertising laws.

Participation does not automatically establish an official sponsorship or partnership with Nuvelah.

3. Meaningful Product Visibility

Qualifying content may include product reviews, recipe tutorials, dessert demonstrations, taste tests, or creative presentations featuring Nuvelah.

Incidental product appearances, background visibility, or one-second brand exposure do not qualify.

Nuvelah evaluates the overall message, product visibility, brand relevance, and promotional value.

4. Originality, Quality & Authenticity

All content must be original, authentic, and legally created or licensed by the submitting creator.

Artificial views, purchased engagement, bots, misleading claims, copyright violations, or fraudulent activity may result in disqualification.

5. Views Do Not Guarantee Rewards

High views alone do not qualify content for rewards.

Whether a video receives 5,000, 100,000, 500,000, or 1 million views, eligibility depends on meaningful Nuvelah promotion, clear brand identification, originality, authentic engagement, and compliance with these terms.

View milestones are potential reward opportunities, not guaranteed payments.

6. Maximum Creator Rewards — Lifetime Limit

The Nuvelah Creator Program has the following maximum reward limits:

Nuvelah Store Credit: Maximum $100 per creator.
Cash Rewards: Maximum $100 per creator.
Combined Maximum: $200 per creator.

These limits apply to each individual creator for their entire participation in the program, NOT per video, submission, social media account, or view milestone.

Additional conditions:

The maximum rewards are cumulative lifetime limits, regardless of the number of qualifying videos submitted.
Multiple submissions, viral videos, or millions of combined views do not increase these limits.
Rewards previously issued under this program count toward the applicable limits, subject to any existing written commitments.
Creating additional social media accounts or submitting content through different usernames does not reset the reward limits.
Store credit is redeemable toward eligible purchases at Nuvelah.com and is not exchangeable for cash.
Cash and store credit rewards are separate categories and cannot automatically be converted or transferred between categories.
Rewards are not guaranteed. Nuvelah determines eligibility and approved reward amounts based on the published program criteria.
Once a creator reaches the maximum lifetime reward amount in a category, no additional rewards in that category will be issued under the standard Creator Program.
Separate paid collaborations or promotional agreements may have different compensation terms when expressly agreed to in writing by Nuvelah.

Example: A creator who receives $100 in store credit and $100 in cash has reached the maximum $200 lifetime reward limit. Additional videos, even those generating millions of views, will not qualify for further standard Creator Program rewards.

7. Reward Approval & Payment

All reward requests are subject to review and approval by Nuvelah.

Submitting content does not guarantee compensation.
Creators cannot claim a specific payment based solely on views.
Nuvelah may request supporting information to verify content ownership, publication dates, and engagement.
Content must remain publicly accessible during the review process unless otherwise agreed.
Reward amounts cannot exceed the lifetime limits established in Section 6.

Any separately negotiated and approved paid collaboration will be governed by its applicable written agreement.

8. Submission & Review

To request a reward, email Sales@Nuvelah.com with the subject line "Creator Reward Request" and provide:

Direct link to the published content.
Social media username.
Original publication date.
Requested performance information.
Confirmation of compliance with these terms.

Nuvelah generally aims to review requests within five business days, although additional verification may require more time.

9. No Retroactive Qualification

Content that did not meet the program requirements when originally published cannot automatically become eligible by adding a tag, changing a caption, or requesting rewards after achieving significant views.

Nuvelah may consider exceptions at its discretion, subject to applicable law and existing commitments.

10. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

Creators retain ownership of their original content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Submitting content grants Nuvelah permission to review and evaluate it for program eligibility.

Advertising, reposting, or other commercial reuse by Nuvelah requires appropriate permission or a separate agreement.

11. Program Administration & Changes

Nuvelah reserves the right to review submissions, verify eligibility, reject noncompliant content, and modify or discontinue the Creator Program prospectively.

Nuvelah may disqualify fraudulent or misleading submissions.

Changes to these terms, including reward limits, will apply prospectively and will not eliminate rewards already earned under existing approved agreements.

All eligibility decisions will be made in good faith based on the applicable program requirements.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Nuvelah Creator Program or submitting content for rewards, creators agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Maximum Standard Program Rewards: $100 Store Credit + $100 Cash = $200 Lifetime Per Creator.
